Product Telemarketing Associate (Temporary)

•               Working with documents and files located on a company network

•               Ability to function as part of an organizational team

•               Strong written and verbal communication skills

•               Extensive Windows experience, manipulating many applications at one time; gather data from one application and using it in another, etc.

•               Excel – Intermediate user – Must demonstrate ability to manipulate data, look up data, etc.

•               Email – Extensive correspondence with email, calendaring, scheduling self for training.

•               IM – Active user of “help” with IM, need to be able to IM for assistance, get answers, clarify questions/answers while on the phone with a customer without customer knowing what is going on in the background.

•               Ability to actively research customer and product information in order to complete contact and sales activities.
