About the Role:

This role is a combination of sales and support role for students and members for the region assigned with associated revenue targets. You'll focus on improving the uptake of qualifications and the progression from student to members at the end of their training journey. This is a remote role, reporting to the Senior Manager Europe Markets within the membership function.

This is a one year employmennt role, working remotely.

You will:

  • Create marketing campaigns with assistance from the centralised Marketing team
  • Receive sales leads, calls, prospects and eventually convert these to students for Association's high-level programs
  • Work with students undertaking our courses to convert them to becoming full members
  • Support students throughout their journey, including exams and membership applications
  • Deliver local member events such as meetings, conferences and careers fairs.

You have:

  • Experience in marketing education products and services
  • Experience in Key Account Management experience with large enterprises
  • Consultative sales experience; including identification and delivery of solutions
  • Comfortable with working to deadlines and being accountable for managing your own tactical activities
  • Fluency in English and Polish
