Sales Solutions Engineer
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Sales enablement: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with account managers and business development managers, equipping them with relevant, timely and comprehensive custom solutions and proposals that best meet customer needs while maximizing our revenue and profitability
- Relentless customer focus: Ability to drive operational agility in order to do what’s best for the client.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to communicate exceptionally well with sales professionals, educating them and providing insights that help them better position our solutions in impactful ways with prospects and clients
- Knowledge of talent development and training industry in the US and key global markets
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to easily adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-cultural, global environment.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years’ experience supporting enterprise sales and service to B2B clients
- Experience delivering presentations to C-level decision makers
- Proficiency using Salesforce
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems
