Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Knowledge and experience using leading business intelligence data analytics tools
  • Experience in creating and using different types of data models leveraging tools for working with both structured and unstructured data.
  • Knowledge of underlying business intelligence technology, architecture, and analysis with ability to translate data into meaningful information, visualize the information and communicate the findings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge and application of statistical concepts
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills

 

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-8 years of data analytics/business intelligence experience
  • Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data, drawing insights from large data sets
  • Experience working with and creating data architectures
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software

 

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:

  • Experience within financial or accounting industry
  • Accounting profession exposure
  • CPA or finance degree
  • Proficiency with the use of Power BI
