Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Knowledge and experience using leading business intelligence data analytics tools
- Experience in creating and using different types of data models leveraging tools for working with both structured and unstructured data.
- Knowledge of underlying business intelligence technology, architecture, and analysis with ability to translate data into meaningful information, visualize the information and communicate the findings.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge and application of statistical concepts
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with others
- Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of data analytics/business intelligence experience
- Experience using statistical computer languages to manipulate data, drawing insights from large data sets
- Experience working with and creating data architectures
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Experience within financial or accounting industry
- Accounting profession exposure
- CPA or finance degree
- Proficiency with the use of Power BI
