Senior Manager - Accounting Standards
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Strong technical accounting background.
- Collegial and able to work with senior, seasoned professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including technical writing and reviewing
- Strong project management skills while leading multiple highly technical accounting projects simultaneously
- Experience as a self-starter.
- Ability to advocate technical positions on behalf of senior committees and the AICPA
- Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team and leverage additional resources as needed
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 7 – 8 years related experience
- Significant financial reporting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant
