Senior Manager - Valuation Services (Remote Opportunity)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in a way that is easily understood, regardless of the medium; adjusting style and content to appeal to the specific needs and comprehension level of the audience
- Solid understanding of the valuation landscape, practices and procedures
- Ability to think strategically
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external subject matter experts and influence decision-making where appropriate
- Ability to develop high quality and timely resources under tight deadlines
- Skilled in managing cross-functional groups including promotion of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Strong negotiation and consensus building skills along with awareness of appropriate escalation procedures
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Ability to successfully multi-task and manage priorities
- Ability to think creatively to provide solutions to obstacles or roadblocks
- Strong target acquisition and retention skills
- Availability for travel as needed
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Minimum of 7-8 years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in accounting, finance or related field
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- CPA license, MBA or equivalent designation/credential desirable
