About the Role:

Write accurate, precise content on technical accounting and finance topics that fulfills the requirements of the target audience. Provide well-researched written content through a variety of mediums, translating technical content into well-understood information utilizing our organizational tone of voice and writing style.

You Will:

             Determine the most, precise way to present complex technical information.

             Develop long-form technical materials such as professional literature; technical Q&As; authoritative audit, accounting and valuation guides; audit risk alerts; and other content about  complex accounting and finance topics.

             Write content to meet requirements of the content brief​, applying brand and technical expertise for expert and lay audiences.

             Investigate aspects of brief and develop follow-up questions/requirements/input/feedback for successful output.

             Utilize the Association style of writing to create easily understood pieces of written information.

             Research technical topics.

             Mentor/advise junior writers.

             Brainstorm concepts and translate to on-brand content.

             Work with publishing and editing colleagues, internal stakeholders, expert panels and review committees to ensure seamless writing and editing processes. ​

You Have:

             Experience in technical writing

             Bachelor’s degree

             CPA license, CGMA credential or equivalent

             Experience in interpreting complex technical and business subjects and applying into engaging, understandable copy.
