Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing position providing end user deliverables

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or other related field or equivalent work experience
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

Customer service experience with a focus on training or documentation development.
