Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language with the ability to write clearly and concisely that adheres to customer-established standards
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well with all levels of stakeholders and internal staff members
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours on a flexible basis

Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a customer facing position providing end user deliverables
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or other related field or equivalent work experience
     
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
  • Customer service experience with a focus on training or documentation development.
