Specialist - Assessment
- Proficient IT skills in a range of IT software packages, applications and in-house systems including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good numeracy and presentation skills
- High level of accuracy in document production with proof reading skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Ability to priorities own workload and to meet set deadlines
- Being approachable, open and supportive to colleagues across the business
- The ability to work as part of a team made up of internal and external colleagues
- Experience of picking up new systems and ways of working quickly and successfully.

Educated to at least GCSE/A level or equivalent

2-4 years’ experience working in an administrative role or one that required a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Appreciation of assessment and learning issues and a willingness to develop expertise in this area

Previous experience working in education (learning or assessment-related roles and/or professional or awarding body)

Previous experience of working with assessment software and item banks or learning management systems

Previous experience of working with data

Ability to use a CRM/database

Ideally educated to degree level

Understanding of accountancy
