Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Understanding of business models, commerciality and key drivers and metrics
- Controls costs and thinks in terms of profit, loss and added value
- Strong commercial instinct and entrepreneurialism to challenge value assertions and find new areas of value to improve outcomes
- Provides others with a clear direction, sets appropriate standards of behaviour
- Delegates work appropriately and fairly, and motivates and empowers others
- Provides staff with development opportunities and coaching and recruits staff of a high calibre

- Significant experience in resolving business challenges and issues, outside direct line management responsibility

- Must demonstrate strategic capabilities with strengths in critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills; financial and strategic
- Experience of operational and P&L responsibility
- Experience of orchestrating and developing partnerships with leaders from other practices, client partners / business development teams
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education:
- Degree level education
- Proven experience in experience led digital transformation
- Experience of working on and leading business transformation initiatives
- Experience of working in an Agile delivery model
- Project / programme management experience
