About the Role:

You will design, configure, implement and maintain the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM suite of applications. This includes managing data and application security,  reports, dashboards, testing and collaborating with partners for the implementation and use of Oracle Fusion Applications. You will also be involved in system maintenance, upgrades and enhancements, so continuous learning to stay updated with the latest features and best practices will be essential. You will report to the Senior Manager SaaS. You can work remotely or from our London office.

You Have:

5+ years Technical and Functional experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) working with the Fusion suite of applications, including ERP (Financial Management including Accounting, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Cash Management, Payables and Expenses, Procurement, ERP Analytics). This experience should involve hands-on involvement in implementing, configuring, and managing these applications.

Extensive experience implementing and supporting Fusion applications. This includes experience managing Fusion implementation projects, coordinating with vendors, and providing ongoing support to end-users.

Technical understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM technologies, including system architecture and integrations. Familiarity with relevant technologies, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is advantageous

Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials out-of-the-box reports.

Hands-on experience in OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, FRS,  Value Set,  and Personalization.

Experience  in Fast Formulas, Journeys and Descriptive Flex fields.

Experience in Workflow configurations with BPM.

High level experience writing complex SQL queries, SQL tuning and good understanding of HCM and ERP Data Models.

Experience managing change within organizations during Fusion implementations or upgrades. Anticipate and address potential challenges, facilitate user adoption, and lead organisational change.

Experience managing relationships with software vendors, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and collaborating with vendors to resolve technical issues or implement system enhancements.

Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, and building strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and senior leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or related field
