Principal Enterprise Architect

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Advanced knowledge of own area of functional responsibility and full knowledge of multiple related Business and IT functions
• Advanced knowledge of technology and enterprise level architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks and how to apply them to day-to-day operations
• Advanced level knowledge of enterprise SaaS, PaaS, IaaS solutions and other related cloud technologies
• Advanced level knowledge of project management and organizational change management principles/methodologies (e.g. PMI, Agile)
• Advanced understanding of business processes of the customer and ability to leverage this knowledge to ensure that projects and support activities delivered by direct reports meet the needs of the customer
• Advanced level knowledge of Enterprise Applications and their related architectures (e.g. ERP, CRM, HRMS, SharePoint)
• Intermediate level knowledge of ITIL/ITSM principals and applications to IT Services
•  Intermediate level knowledge of internal compliance/regulatory concepts, standards, methodologies and controls (e.g. CoBit, SSAE-16, SOX, CMMI, PCI-DSS)
•  Demonstrated skill at structured thinking and decision-making: ability to develop and leverage frameworks to structure team thinking, facilitate alignment on key strategic decisions across stakeholders, and reach insightful, productive, actionable answers
• Skilled at deconstructing highly complex problems into actionable items to be resolved by team members in a timely manner
• Skilled at analytic and written presentation: Quick and high quality analysis and presentation, with an ability to define and outline achievements to diverse target audiences
• Skilled at translating technical jargon into laymen's terms for business owners/partners that are actionable, informational, or support the decision making process
•  Ability to apply research trends to business capabilities and IT roadmaps
•  Ability to set and change priorities amongst multiple competing constituencies
•  Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
•  Ability to establish and manage positive partnerships with internal customers and vendors

Experience Required

·     10 years’ experience in solutions development, requirements analysis, and project management

 Education Required

·     Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field meeting minimum requirements

Preferred Requirements

·     Technology certifications (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, etc…)

·     ITIL v3 Certification

·     PMP, Six Sigma, BPM Certifications
