Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Extensive working knowledge of the AICPA authoritative standards, including the SSARS, the ethics rules, and quality control requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and hands-on experience with financial statement preparation

Strong organization and project management skills

Strong communication skills
Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

Extensive knowledge and experience in performing preparation, compilation, and review engagements

Experience with using electronic tools for performing PCR engagements
-
Experience with tax filings

Minimum of 6 - 8 years of public accounting or relevant experience that delivers strong understanding of the accounting profession, auditing/assurance services and business/financial reporting

Bachelors degree
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

CPA and/or MBA
-
Knowledge of new accounting standards such as revenue recognition and leases

Experience in development of assurance methodologies a plus
