Required Experience, Qualifications & Education
Educated to degree level or equivalent
5-7 years related experience including:
Extensive in-house recruitment experience in a lead capacity
Prior experience within an in house recruitment role , ideally in a lead capacity
People management experience, spanning coaching and performance management
Experience recruiting across a broad range of levels, from high volume projects to senior and exec hires
Extensive experience hiring for a range of business groups
Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education
Strong numerical skills would be advantageous
Experience designing and delivering assessment centres, including rol plays, presenetations and group exercises
Relevant qualification in recruitment and/or HR
