Required Experience, Qualifications & Education

• Educated to degree level or equivalent

• 5-7 years related experience including: 

  • Extensive in-house recruitment experience in a lead capacity

  • Prior experience within an in house recruitment role , ideally in a lead capacity

  • People management experience, spanning coaching and performance management

  • Experience recruiting across a broad range of levels, from high volume projects to senior and exec hires

  • Extensive experience hiring for a range of business groups

Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Education

• Strong numerical skills would be advantageous

• Experience designing and delivering assessment centres, including rol plays, presenetations and group exercises

• Relevant qualification in recruitment and/or HR
