About the Role:

You will perform Level 3 IT Infrastructure activities Including design, maintenance, and enhancement of Cloud Infrastructure Services, Server Environments and End User Compute (EUC) services. You will report to the Manager - IT Infrastructure. You may work remotely, or in our offices.

You Will:

Your role covers four main areas of expertise:

  • Infrastructure Service Management
  • Problem & Service Improvement Management
  • Vulnerability Management & Application Management
  • Security Reviews

You will need in-depth knowledge in the following:

  • Implementing and Managing Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 in a cloud environment.
  • Windows 11,
  • Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft Windows 365.

You will also have experience in:

  • macOS, Linux., AWS, Cisco Networks
  • Web services like Azure app service, IIS and WordPress.
  • Microsoft Autopatch and Azure Update Manager.
  • Microsoft SQL, and Azure Managed SQL.
  • You will also understand cloud environments including hybrid environments which level multiple cloud providers and on-premises services.

You will work as part of a planned on-call schedule and may also be required to work outside of regular business hours on occasion.

You Have:

  • A recognized Diploma or Degree in Information Technology.
  • Microsoft Certifications.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services and EUC Services.
  • Qualification in or be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cloud hosting providers such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience in Okta
  • Experience working in a multinational organization

The Salary Range for this role is: $80,000 to $100,000
