About the Role:

You will help implement the CPA Pipeline Team's Strategy to increase high school and college students' awareness and attraction into accounting; support their journey to becoming a CPA. Manage programs and initiatives to help grow the CPA pipeline and student and candidate membership and value in AICPA & CIMA. You will report to the Associate Director - CPA pipeline. This role is remote-friendly.

You Will:

Manage the programs developed to reach and support students and CPA candidates, including webcasts, podcasts, newsletters, LinkedIn groups, social media outreach to each audience.

Manage content on website(s) geared toward high school and college students and CPA candidates; on ThisWayToCPA.com and aicpa-cima.com by collaborating with the experience team and external website developers on updates and maintenance.

Manage the delivery of materials for partner and student organizations to meet the goals defined in the MOUs along with follow up after events to students and advisors to enhance relationships and determine our return on investments.

Serve on the NAP (NASBA, AICPA, Prometric) communications and support groups as the subject matter expert for candidates and the CPA Exam.

You Have:

  • Previous experience in academic and student programming
  • Experience in accounting education or in the accounting profession
  • Experience implementing and working in an Agile environment
  • Experience in association management
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, marketing, communications or related area

The Salary Range for this role is: $82k to $90k
