About the Role:

 

Responsible for overseeing and managing the Fusion suite of applications, which includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) modules. This role involves various responsibilities, including application management, system integration, project planning and execution, business process analysis, system customization and configuration, user training and support, system maintenance and upgrades, security and access control, performance monitoring and optimization, and stakeholder management. You will be reporting into Senior Manager - Engineering.

You will:

  • Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Fusion suite of applications, including ERP, HCM, and EPM modules. Ensure smooth operation, availability, and performance of the applications.
  • Plan and execute projects related to Fusion application implementations, upgrades, or enhancements. Define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Assist in day-to-day production/non-production issues, act as escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex issues and manage expectations. Respond to customer requests, troubleshooting, reported problems pertaining to the applications performance and reliability.
  • Ensure proper security measures are in place to protect sensitive data within the Fusion applications. Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain data integrity and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of the Fusion applications and identify areas for optimization.
  • Engage and communicate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

You have:

  • 7 years’ experience in advanced (e.g. Tier 2 or Tier 3) working with the Fusion suite of applications, including ERP, HCM, and EPM module. This experience should involve hands-on involvement in implementing, configuring, and managing these applications. 
  • Extensive experience in implementing and supporting Fusion applications is desirable.
  • Experience in leading and managing teams involved in Fusion implementation, support, and maintenance. Ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members and foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment
  • Strong technical understanding of ERP, HCM, and EPM technologies, including system architecture, database management, and integrations
  • Ability to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the Fusion applications.
  • Knowledge of system integration principles and practices. Ability to integrate Fusion applications with other systems, such as CRM systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth information flow between different systems.
